The plan that was originally created by Tempe Chinatown Plaza LLC came from the
acquisition of cafe Istanbul at the end of September 2017. It's just that the reconstruction
and operation of a restaurant can no longer satisfy the development of the company.

awakened us, not only in the market economy, population flow and theme innovation. In
addition, we must bring the excellent and plentiful Chinese traditional culture to ASU and
bring it into Tempe.
Tempe Chinatown mirrors that of many other Chinatowns throughout the United
States. As Chinatown moves forward, the community faces new opportunities and
challenges that include the growth of surrounding Asian American communities. While
the entertainment district and Marina Height at downtown Tempe is growing, most of
residential has been replaced by high-end housing for rentals. Tempe is in a new stage of
rapid development.
Tempe Chinatown Business Plan is a two-year collaborative planning process. This plan drew from the expertise, experiences, millstones, and setbacks of the past. The community is going to build upon previous achievements, through a spirit of cooperation and commitment, and it has created a vision for a healthier and more sustainable Chinatown in the future. Tempe Chinatown will make the traditional Chinese street food to suitable for all regions and customers. Retain and reinforce chinatown's mutually supportive functions as neighborhood, capital city and visitor attraction.
